and well-known works by Beethoven, Mozart, Haydn and Fauré.

Ben Knowles Conductor

We are so pleased to be returning to the magnificent Tithe Barn in Lenham for this concert of attractive classical pieces old and new. The CRSO's Associate composer Jacob Bride is building an impressive career in many different genres. Jacob's music to "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" is wonderfully inventive, and the children of Lenham Primary School are sure to add energy and charm to the performance! The programme also includes popular classics by Beethoven (last movement of the 7th Symphony), Haydn (first movement of the Trumpet Concerto), Mozart (second movement of the Clarinet Concerto), Fauré (Pavane) and Bizet's (Habanera from Carmen).

The soloists in the concertos are taken from the CRSO's ranks, and we are thrilled to be joined by the wonderful Sian Woodling for the vocal works. Last year's concert was sold out, so book early to avoid disappointment!
